Here at Rakkrai Boutique, we want to make sure you love and are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that mistakes can be made when you cannot try the garments on before buying. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer returns for store credit within 14 days of package delivery for full-priced items and for some sale items only. Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
All that we ask is that the items are returned to us in the same condition as they were sent out.
- Merchandise must be returned 14 days receiving your order for Australian customers, and within 21 days for International customers.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed, free of makeup & fake tan, and free of odour.
- Merchandise must have all tags remain attached.
- Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned
- All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
- Due to hygiene concerns the following cannot be returned: swimwear, intimates, stockings, bodysuits, hair accessories, hats, earrings, cosmetic/beauty products, including self-tanners.
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. However, if you would like to order a different size, return your merchandise as soon as possible and we will issue you store credit if the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements laid out below. Store credit can be used to order a different size or any of our other products.
Received a Wrong Item and defective Item
In the unlikely event of manufacturing fault or incorrect item sent, please contact us at email@example.com. Once a fault or mistake is assessed we may offer to replace or repair. If you do not wish for us to replace or repair, you will be issued with a store credit.
In the event that you are missing item(s) in your order, once we are notified we will ship out the missing items within 3-7 business days, depending on current stock availability.
Sale items may be refunded; unfortunately items marked FINAL SALE cannot be refunded.
No refund or returns will be accepted for Customs fees paid or refusal of package by not accepting Customs fees.*
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You may simply include your original paper invoice that came with your order.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, you will be issued with a store credit within a certain amount of days.

Rakkrai Boutique is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund store credit.
If you are shipping an item over $60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Customers are urged to hold onto proof of postage as we are also not responsible for returns lost by the carrier.
If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return, unless it is due to a fault in the garment.
We aim to process returns within 7 business days of receiving them, but high volume periods, especially around the holidays, could cause delays. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Due to different monitor settings, the colour of garments may appear slightly different than they are on our website. By purchasing our products online, you have accepted our terms & conditions including the possibility that the colour and size may appear slightly different.
Rakkrai Boutique reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our exchange/return criteria once assessed. If a returned item is denied, a restocking fee may be charged and/or the goods may be sent back to the customer.
